A stable, highly reactive non-specific serine protease, used in the preparation of genomic DNA . Stable in a wide variety of  pH’s, temperatures, detergents and buffer salts.

SOLUBILITY/STABILITY: Lyophilized powder is stable for at least 1 year. Soluble in a variety of aqueous buffer solutions. Storage of 20 mg/ml solution: -20 °C. Stability: 1 year. Recommended use 50 μg/ml at 35-56 °C.
