Aqueous 19:1 solution of acrylamide and N,N'-methylenebisacrylamide (Bis) for the preparation of PAGE gels for the separation of low molecular weight proteins and small DNA fragments, for sequencing and RNase protection assays.

Not only are the ready-to-use gel solutions easy to handle, there is no risk of neurotoxic acrylamide dusts in the air. Ultra-pure acrylamide with very low acrylic acid content guarantees the suitability of the gel solution for all electrophoresis applications including high-resolution gel electrophoresis.

Each batch of gel solutions is gel electrophoresis tested in our quality control laboratory. The use of the solutions in the production of our ready-to-use gels guarantees highest reproducibility and best separation results.
